Entry is by online video submission. Routines can be up to 3 minutes in length and there is a cap on entries of 30 people per category. The top six people from each category will progress to the Final stage.
Intermediate and Advanced silks are now an online only competition, and will be judged by our independant Judges. The winners will have the opportunity to perform their winning routine at the LIVE Finals event.
PLEASE BE WARNED your place is not secure until you have submitted your form AND paid your fee.
Note: All competitors should hold tricks and poses long enough to be judged (suggested 2-3 seconds). For your Quarter Final entry video’s you can use any type of pole/aerial. The Grand Final will have full poles, 45mm with one static and one spinney. The hoop will be single point and 180cm from floor to the bottom bar and is a solid steel firetoys 95cm hoop, The doubles hoop is 175cm from the floor to bottoms bar and is solid steel firetoys 105cm hoop.
Routines should be choreographed to show fluidity between transitions. Points will be awarded for technique, innovation and fluid, smooth movement.
IPAAT (formally EPDC) is in the 7th year running and we have already trebled in size not only do we have 5 Pole categories we have 3 Aerial Hoop and 2 Aerial Silks too.
There will be our Champions Pole category which sees the best in the business competing against each other. Previous winners include Lisette Krol 2014, Sam King 2015, Heidi Hildersley 2016 and Dan Rosen in 2018.
Throughout heats and finals there will be 220+ contestants. At the Live Final there will be 6 finalists in each of the 5 pole categories, and in the 3 hoop categories, and the Intermediate and Advanced Silks winners will be invited to perform their winning routine, as silks is being held as an online-only competition.
This is all at the Albert Hall, Nottingham which seats 750 people. We will have guest performances throughout the night.

Our Sponsorship Package costs £120 plus a prize for each winner (12 winners). If you are a company that cannot provide prizes, alternate arrangements can be made; or if you are a company that have more expensive products we can arrange for less prizes to be given the prizes should calculate to a minimum of £15 per winner. Prizes are just for the finals. If you have anything for 2nd, 3rd and the raffle that will be great.

The advertisement provides all year round exposure as the programmes are continually being sent out to people buying from the Emma’s Pole Dancing Shop, plus we are looking to add more outlets to supply the programmes to over the next few months.
