Note: All competitors should hold tricks and poses long enough to be judged (suggested 2-3 seconds). For your Quarter Final entry video’s you can use any type of pole/aerial. The Grand Final will have full poles, 45mm with one static and one spinney. The hoop will be single point and 180cm from floor to the bottom bar and is firetoys 95cm hoop, and 85cm for the youth categories which is 140cm off the floor. Silks are 5.8m high and are medium stretch from here.
Routines should be choreographed to show fluidity between transitions. Points will be awarded for technique, innovation and fluid, smooth movement.

Please see the rules for moves allowed of each level and any costume malfunctions that reveals private areas is an automatic disqualification.
